Our vehicles have a dedicated mechanic through Hoosier Auto Man LLC to maintain and keep all our vehicles in the highest condition of safety and performance.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Your information is not shared with anyone that doesn’t need to know.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information. Email us at any point and we will happily delete your account and any information stored in our system

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. Other

Credit Card Processing. Lightning Limo complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (“PCI”) by scheduling quarterly PCI scans of our system and a once a year full PCI Audit conducted by a third party vendor specializing in PCI compliance.

Minors.  Lightning Limo does not knowingly collect information from minors 13 years of age and younger. If  Lightning Limo becomes aware of the collection of information from a minor we will take steps to delete that information from our system.

Special Information for European Union Users. If you have used our services while in the European Union you have the right to file a complaint with the European Data Protection Supervisor (“EDPS”), regarding personal data processed specifically for those events.

California Privacy Rights
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits users of our services who are California residents to request and obtain from us a list of what Personal Data (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year and the names and addresses of those third parties. Requests may be made only once a year and are free of charge. Under Section 1798.83, California residents are entitled to request and obtain such information, by e-mailing a request.


Terms and Conditions

This Service Agreement serves as a contract between Lightning Limo and the customer. The terms and conditions of this Service Agreement are as follows.

The customer understands and agrees that all charges are assessed by Lightning Limo. All unpaid deposits and balances are authorized by the customer, with either verbal or signed acceptance of services. Payment is due at the time driver arrives.

Lightning Limo reserves the right to cancel or deny a reservation. The person making the reservation will be notified as soon as possible if this occurs.

All prices are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuation, fuel prices, and/or unforeseen economic circumstances. In the case of human or computer error, Lightning Limo reserves the right to re-invoice for the correct price or service.

Lightning Limo has a zero-tolerance policy for possession of illegal substances in the vehicle. The possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages by any passenger under the age of 21 is prohibited by CPUC Regulation Section 5348.1 & 5348.3.

Any breach of this policy will result in immediate termination of services and payment due in full for the entire reservation. The driver may terminate services immediately or return passengers to the point of initial pickup.

The customer is encouraged to inspect and confirm the condition of the vehicle prior to use. The vehicle will be re-inspected upon the conclusion of the charter both by the driver and management. The customer accepts a minimum financial responsibility of $1000.00 for any physical damage and any repairs resulting from improper use of the vehicle and its contents, including but not limited to audio/video equipment, lighting, bar, upholstery, interior, and exterior components. The decision about the damage value and unusual wear of the vehicle rests with Lightning Limo solely.

Smoking is prohibited in the vehicle. The driver will gladly pull over when safe upon request. However, if a passenger is found to be smoking in the vehicle, they will be asked to extinguish the cigarette/cigar.

Lightning Limo reserves the right to charge a Cleaning Surcharge up to $500. The minimum fee is $750.00 for any passenger vomiting or excessive spillage or damage caused by smoking. This fee may be higher depending on the amount of cleaning and downtime to the vehicle.

Lightning Limo is not responsible for lost items or damage to items during transit.

Emerging from the sunroof, windows, or escape hatches while the vehicle is in operation is prohibited. Violation of this rule may result in the termination of the charter.

If at any time the service is terminated due to unruly conduct, damages to the vehicle, or abuse of any kind that Lightning Limo deems valid, no refund of money will be done. Lightning Limo reserves the right to refuse service as it deems appropriate.

BILLING

  • Trips are billed to the customer’s credit card.
    We accept the following: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, and DISCOVER CARD.
  • We offer direct billing to frequent travelers and corporate accounts.
  • All charges will be performed 3 hours prior to the pick-up time. If we are unable to proceed with the charge, our operator will contact you immediately. In case of not being able to perform a charge or contact you, pick up will be canceled.

RATE POLICY

  • Rate is NOT included 20% gratuity

WAIT TIME

  • Non-airport pick-ups: after the grace period of 15 minutes elapsed, waiting time will apply.
  • Domestic Arrivals: after 30 minutes grace period elapsed, waiting time will apply.
  • International Arrivals: after 60 minutes grace period elapsed, waiting time will apply.
  • Our hourly transportation requires a 2-hour reservation minimum.
  • Waiting time rates are calculated using the hourly rate for the vehicle divided by 60, Wait-time is calculated per minute after grace period.

CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS

  • All trips canceled within 3 hours of scheduled pick-up time in Indiana will be charged full fare.
  • All trips canceled within 6 hours of scheduled pick-up time outside of Indiana will be charged full fare.
  • All no-shows will be charged a full fare plus wait time.
    Otherwise, a full refund will be issued.

Inclement weather, traffic, mechanical breakdown, etc…

Lightning Limo will do there very best to complete and honor all booked trips. Lightning Limo reserves the right to change vehicles, routes, drivers, pick up time and/or location due to issues out of our control. If a trip is canceled due to an issue caused by Lightning Limo we will offer the customer either a credit for future trip or refund at Lightning Limo sole discretion.

Trips operating during inclement weather, traffic in excess of 15 min additional time on estimated journey time, may incur additional fees and costs. This may include hazard surcharge for driver, wait time, excess ware chare on vehicle.
